BIOGRAPHY
Laetitia was born on May 11th, 1978 in Normandy, France, where she spent most of her childhood. Completely enveloped in the countryside, with very few neighbors, she says she's still a country girl at heart. For about ten years she grew up in Normandy. She was always creative, drawing and writing things. her teachers told her she wasn't as smart as her brother (real boost of confidence, huh?) which made her withdraw into her own private world. |

Around the age of twelve, Laetitia was self-concious about her body. She
rarely ever went near boys and just kind of kept her distance. She didn't
think that boys were really interested in her. But around age fifteen, she
was spotted by a photographer from Madison Models, a prominent Paris modeling
agency. As you may have guessed, her and her father were a little skeptical
about the whole thing, but were soon convinced to come in.

So Laetitia went in to Madison Models wearing jeans, a t-shirt, and no makeup. Vincent Peter, who was the founder of Madison Models, was instantly captured by her beauty. He instantly recognized something special about her and immediately took her to see Odile Sarron, the casting director for the French version of Elle magazine. It was difficult to get in touch with Odile, yet along schedule an appointment, so they went out on a limb and showed up unannounced. Odile saw the same thing that Vincent had seen in Laetitia and that's
pretty much how it began. |
